As a little girl, I was always fascinated by watching my mom do her hair and makeup. The confidence and vibrance it gave her sparked my curiosity, and I began to wonder if others felt the same way. From there, I slowly started doing my own makeup, then my family members’, until I finally had my first official client. Being a part of another woman’s big day is a feeling I truly can’t put into words. All I can say is that it always takes me back to the feeling I had while watching my mom transform herself.
